We're a team of local plumbers who've been looking after Nottingham homes for over 15 years. We're part of a national home services network, but every engineer on your doorstep lives and works locally.

We started because we were fed up with the same things you are: plumbers who don't turn up, quotes that double once the work starts, and call centres where nobody knows your name. So we built something different. Every job gets a fixed quote before we start. Every repair comes with a 12-month guarantee. And every engineer is vetted, insured, and Gas Safe registered where applicable.

Sounds basic, doesn't it? But it's the number one complaint about tradespeople. We confirm your appointment, our engineer calls 30 minutes before arrival, and we don't ghost you.

We quote before we start

No work begins until you've agreed the price. If we find something unexpected, we'll explain it and re-quote. You're never committed until you say yes.

We guarantee our work

12 months on all parts and labour. If the same fault comes back, we fix it again free of charge. That's a proper guarantee, not a handshake.

We deploy local engineers

Every job in Nottingham is handled by a local engineer: either one of our own employed plumbers or an approved subcontractor. All subcontractors are held to the same high standards and are ranked by internal performance metrics and customer feedback.
